Anledningen är att resten av offrets kropp fortfarande inte har påträffats. Samtidigt menar häktespersonal att mannen, som skulle utvisas ur Sverige redan 2004, har erkänt att han dödade Wilma. →

Holländsk domstol prövar 5G-utbyggnadens laglighet — Strålskyddsstiftelsen – 20 Maj, 2020

(Strålskyddsstiftelsen)  Stop5GNL, som är stiftelse grundad hösten 2019, har med hjälp av advokater startat en rättslig prövning av 5G-utbyggnaden i en domstol i Haag. Statens beslut att medge och främja utbyggnad av 5G, trots avsaknad av forskning som visar att tekniken är säker för människors hälsa samtidigt som många vetenskapliga studier indikerar allvarlig permanent skada, är olaglig enligt Stop5GNL. Regeringens agerande bryter mot bland annat mot internationell lag och EU-fördraget om mänskliga rättigheter.

Den 4 maj 2020 ägde förhandlingar mellan parterna, Stop5GNL och regeringen, rum i domstolen i Haag. De rättsliga grunder som Stop5GNL och deras advokater anför är följande:

Den planerade utbyggnaden av 5G kommer att orsaka en massiv ökning av strålningsbelastningen. Tusentals studier har visat att denna form av strålning kan orsaka hälsoeffekter. Många oberoende vetenskapliga studier visar övertygande indikationer på allvarlig och permanent skada för hälsan. Samtidigt har staten inte i tillräcklig grad uppmärksammat hälsofarorna och forskning har inte heller utforskat hälsokonsekvenserna.
