(NaturalHealth365) Virtually everyone is familiar with the feeling of physical fatigue: the sense of tiredness, the heaviness in the limbs, the overwhelming desire to rest. But there is another kind of fatigue that can be just as debilitating: mental fatigue. Sometimes referred to as “brain fog,” this temporary – but frustrating – mental state is characterized by impaired concentration, “fuzzy” thinking, lack of mental focus, and difficulty with simple cognitive tasks that would ordinarily be easy to complete.
(NaturalHealth365) For the 16 million Americans who currently suffer from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), addressing the condition really can be a “matter of life and breath.”
COPD, which causes airflow from the lungs to be blocked, is characterized by difficulty breathing, persistent cough, wheezing and excess mucus production. Currentlythe third leading cause of death in the nation, COPD also heightens the risk of developing respiratory infections and pneumonia.
(NaturalHealth365) It’s time to talk about one thing many health-conscious consumers have wondered throughout the coronavirus pandemic: why aren’t government officials and the media talking about the impact of common chemicals (environmental toxins) on COVID-19?
We won’t speculate why officials aren’t championing healthier lifestyles as much as they’re enforcing coronavirus regulations under threat of fines, or worse! But needless to say, the idea that a face mask, SARS-CoV-2 vaccine, or flu shot is all we need to stay healthy this winter is deeply misguided – especially in light of decades of evidence showing how environmental pollutants can increase a person’s risk of chronic disease, which is a known risk factor for a severe COVID-19 infection.
(Collective-Evolution) There are a number of weird facts and pieces of evidence that’ve emerged regarding the new coronavirus which are putting into question the measures we have taken, and are taking as a collective. One major theme during this outbreak seems to be the fact that not everything that we’re being told within the mainstream is true. For example, there have been multiple credible sources explaining how Covid-19 deaths have been inflated. For example, Dr. Ngozi Ezike, Director of the Illinois Department of Public Health, recently stated that, even if it’s clear one died of an alternative cause, their death will still be marked as a COVID death. The Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment announced a change to how it tallies coronavirus deaths amid complaints that it inflated numbers. This has been a common theme throughout the US as well as the World. A few recent studies have also pointed out that what we are seeing here infection fatality rate wise, is something within the ball park of a seasonal flu. You can read more about that here. →
(NaturalHealth365) Air pollution is a growing health threat, especially in urban areas. In fact, theWorld Health Organizationstates that there are ‘4.2 million deaths – every year – as a result of outdoor air pollution.’ But, most people don’t hear about how micronutrients can help minimize health risks.
