I april i år publicerade Strålsäkerhetsmyndigheten, SSM en ny rapport från sitt vetenskapliga råd. Liksom alla tidigare år avfärdas visade risker med strålning från trådlös teknik och lågfrekventa magnetfält. Ingen representant för majoriteten av forskarna som tvärtom anser att det finns växande belägg för hälsorisker och att människor måste skyddas bättre har ingått. Under alla år sedan 2002 har SSM:s expertgrupp dominerats av personer med jäv och bindningar till telekombolagen, vilka gynnas av gruppens slutsatser om att inga hälsorisker skulle finnas.

Från och med den 1:a april 2020 kan svenska polisen i realtid avlyssna krypterade mobilappar som till exempel: Whatsapp, Signal, Wire och Telegram efter att lagen om hemlig dataavläsning klubbats igenom. Det säger försvarsadvokaten David Massi, som studerat den nya lagen i detalj.
Lagen ger polisen rätt att installera hårdvara eller mjukvara i smartphones, surfplattor och datorer för att få tillgång till innehåll, kamera och mikrofon. Ditt hem eller ditt kontor kan därför avlyssnas och filmas när din dator eller mobil ligger på bordet utan att du vet om det och utan ditt medgivande. →
