“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We are in the process of deliberating with other councils and other collectives, and the subject of those deliberations is whether it is appropriate to put more energy into your solar system at this time. We all want the same thing for humanity, but we disagree at times over how much you can handle and whether it actually serves you to receive in the moment what we can offer.

The physical extra-terrestrials have an even more challenging task because they are deciding how much physical contact you can handle. They decide which ones are ready to receive their contact, their technology, and their presence in your skies. Extra-terrestrial presence in your skies activates you. It activates memories of when you were the ones in past lives making the contact, making your presence known. Now you are the ones reaching out and up into the stars, looking for assistance, and seeking connection.

It is our opinion that you are ready for more, and sometimes we act on that knowing that we have. And by act, we mean deliver pulses of energy, waves that will activate your knowing of who you really are. Light waves propell us up and down the frequency spectrum preparing us for a major timeline shift.
