Imagine yourself sitting in a lawn chair outside on a HOT summer day…..it is hot even in the shade. The only thing you want to do is cool down. All of the sudden, a cool breeze comes out of nowhere giving you a bit of relief. Let your emotions be that cool breeze…here and gone. The next breeze will do the same thing. We are very aware of the challenges that you face there on planet Earth, and the difficulty you have had in facing those challenges head on. They just want you to quickly snap out of it so that they can stop feeling guilt, frustration or sadness because they see their lovely child suffering.
