Working with Your Inner Child

So let us say a little bit more about the inner child work. You have had many experiences in your childhood. Of course, many of them are pleasant and many of them unpleasant. Some of them which have been repeated have created a shut-down limitation in some way or other. And so be aware that working with your inner child isn’t something that you just do once. Your inner child has many different levels of limitation, little ones and larger ones. The more you get to know self, the more you will start to see the subtle implications from your past that are limiting you in some way. Deal with the major problems first, and then as you remove them, more subtle ones may be seen by you when you are aware, as you watch yourself in your daily life.

My Post: I was shown. All my life I was shown….. Every minute of every day I was being shown something….

– drug addicted alcoholic boyfriends – reflected my own addictions back to me, yes, but also with compassionate eyes I see how men (not all men, but many) are stifled in this world. There are female drug addicts of course, but I didn’t know any so I guess it wasn’t part of what I had to be shown.

– I was shown firsthand dirty corporate tactics and how they fly in the face of the legal system. How they are there for themselves and not the employees they so loosely term “family”. I was fired off a sick leave and then screwed over by the insurance company that was to give me long term disability benefits (deep state). →
