In her latest Empire Files episode, acclaimed journalist Abby Martin exposes the media bias behind “distorted” depictions of Venezuela’s food and political crisis.

As part of the episode “Abby Martin in Venezuela – Supermarkets to Black Markets,” Martin enters local grocery stores, big and small, with hidden cameras to see if they are completely out of stock — as they are commonly depicted by mainstream media.
She notes, “We just went to five different supermarkets and the shelves were fully stocked. And this is all type of neighborhoods, all types of classes. From Nestle chocolates to coco cola products, fish, meat, vegetables and fruits.”
Speaking with Venezuelan economist Pascualina Curzio, Martin discovers that while there are food shortages in Venezuela, these are a product of an “economic war.”…
The country’s nutritional recommendations encourage citizens to consume less meat and dairy and more plant-based proteins.
After taking into account new research and anecdotal evidence suggesting plant-based diets support optimal health, the Canadian government issued new draft healthy eating recommendations which emphasize a “high proportion of plant-based foods.” Not only is the milk category eliminated, a special focus is placed on the powerhouse legume.
The draft food guide’s first recommendation establishes the importance of a whole food diet. Specifically, a heavy emphasis is placed on legumes as an alternative source of protein. The new guide recommends a “regular intake of vegetables, fruit, whole grains and protein-rich foods, especially plant-based sources of protein.”

Between 2019 and 2021, the firm will launch five 100% electric models in its plight to phase out internal combustion engines. Selamat Balik! An amazing degree of progress is occurring despite the immense daily requirement of counting prospective distribution funds. As all of this continues, it is evident the current banking system with its limits is causing a slowdown, which is why it’s clear that a new banking system is needed. It is unfortunate that even though we are on the brink of wider prosperity, we are stuck with the very clumsy and inadequate reality of an older and more limiting banking system. Nevertheless, the counting and accompanying realities of the new one are clearly coming to pass!
This process may have been slowed, but it is not to be stopped. Until all currencies are fully accounted for by the new monies, the process demands that none of these currencies be released. When this process is completed, a new and more adequate banking system is to arise. At that time, you can then interact with a reality that is fully capable of easily meeting your every need. Until then, remain patient and ready to use what you are then to be given. The best is truly yet to come! This process may seem tedious and slow but it is progressively being accomplished!
