With loving greetings from all souls at this station, this is Matthew. Accelerating vibrations are hastening the pace of bringing to light the wounds of your world so they can be healed. What heals is light, the same energy as love and the most powerful force in the universe, and souls far distant and on Earth are providing it.

This began about 80 years ago, when highly advanced civilizations beamed massive amounts of light to save the life of Gaia’s planetary body. More light was provided by the many thousands of evolved souls who left their homelands to incarnate on Earth and help her peoples respond positively to light’s high vibrations.

For there has been such a tremendous shift as the light permeates, shifts and moves away all that is not love such that only love remains. The darkness is being sifted, removed. Remember sifting the grains as you used to in the olden days where impurities were sifted out of the flour sack? Such is what is happening now, so that only pure white light flour remains that can then be used for nourishment for the all. The impurities are cleansed out, removed. The light streams from our dear friend Alcyone are being extraordinary helpful in this process.

The cosmic events that are occurring are adding greatly to the upliftment of all upon the Earth, and I have observed that even those in my beloved country/nation of Africa who live in the utmost poverty and deprivation have within their hearts the flame of hope. They have the desire to live upon a world that is filled with the Light of love, peace and harmony.

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have an understanding of the way your minds tend to work, and we are here now to help you to get past the loops that you sometimes get in with your minds. Now, everything about you has a purpose, and your minds are no exception. Your minds help you to focus. They help you to come to conclusions and solve problems. What has happened over the years that you’ve spent on Earth is that the mind has become the tool of the ego, and the ego likes to stay in charge.

So when we see your minds being overtaxed, asked to do more than they were intended for, we usually see someone who is very attached to their egoic perspective on life. This is why meditation is so important. It is important for you all to feel what it feels like to be free of the loop that you get in with your minds, and it is necessary for you all to also release the limitations that are built into the mind.

We recommend that you start using your minds for more of the task of focusing, and we also recommend that you choose very wisely what you are focusing upon. You are also very emotional beings, and you know what feels good to you. So you can be guided by your feelings to choose what to focus upon. It is also important for you to stay present, and so you want to choose to focus on something that is present in your now moment and that also feels good.

When you can sense that the mind is creeping in with something to worry about, you can squash that a lot more quickly when you are paying attention to what you’re focusing upon and how you’re feeling. It’s time to hand the keys over to your hearts and to experience life through that perspective. Your hearts are the tools of your higher selves, and when put to good use, they will enhance your life. They will give you an experience of expansion, love, joy, and everything else that you want to experience.

But those of you who already do that are easy to convince. It’s the ones who are stuck in that mental loop that we are finding more challenging, but we will get through to you. We promise.

We are the Arcturian Council, and we have enjoyed connecting with you.”

“Well!  Greetings, Beloved Family!  There certainly is a lot of shaking going on right now, is there not?  And this is how it needs to be!  It is necessary – imperative for everyone who is at all awake – and, if they’re not, they need to wake up!  I’m not talking about you, Beloved Ones.  You’re awake!  But it is that you can -perhaps, by sending out your LoveLight, or even doing something more of an activist activity – you can help others to wake up.
“It is not necessary to hear all of the details of what’s going on – although we certainly do want to present those here on our conference calls, because we know that you can add your Light to whatever the scenario is, and that, of course, is the way to accomplish the changes that are in progress now.  You heard it!
“The progress is absolutely, exponentially moving forward! And there is no longer any free will at all available to the dark hats because they have betrayed the trust – if you want to call it trust, it was what you would call ‘blind trust,’ ‘sound asleep trust’ – in their leadership and in their, we’ll say control of Planet Earth and beyond – and so it is that it’s over, canceled, finisand so on!!!
