Ordet hälsa är ett tungt laddat ord i dagens samhälle och begreppet hälsosam kan beskriva ett flertal olika sammanhang eller livsstilar. Hälsa är även någonting som varierar i betydelse beroende vem du pratar med – hälsa för mig betyder förmodligen inte detsamma som för dig, din granne eller din kollega. Några gemensamma nämnare finner vi dock rent generellt när det kommer till vad det svenska folket överlag tänker på när vi vill vara hälsosamma. Den kan till exempelvis vara att äta mycket frukt och grönt, röra på sig, vara ute i friska luften, vara normalviktig, inte stressa för mycket, få tillräckligt med sömn, osv. Men lever vi verkligen som vi lär?
