What’s happening in our world with regards to the censorship of information is unbelievable. It’s truly Orwellian, as we now have multiple ‘ministries of truth’ that are determining what is real and what is fake, what’s legit and what’s not. You would think that human beings are capable of determining on their own what’s considered ‘fake’ news, shouldn’t we the people be allowed to decide?

In our world, there are now “Fact Checkers” that are sponsored by powerful people to decide what’s true and what’s not on the internet. NewsGuard for example, a News browser extension that promises to help readers pick out fake news, is funded and run by individuals tied to the CFR, Atlantic Council and other prominent elite figures. These fact-checkers don’t always reply to inquires, and they sensor information and discussions, no matter how truthful or valid they are.

What’s happening to media today is both heartbreaking and crazy, and we’re not sure how many people are actually aware of the Orwellian-type of censorship that’s currently taking place in our world. When it comes to geopolitics, things have become quite clear within the past few years. There is a general consensus among many political leaders and academics that, for a long time, there has been a deliberate manipulation of the opinions of the masses, and the individuals behind this “unseen mechanism, constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power” of global geopolitics. It’s not unlikely, and it’s quite reminiscent of George Orwell’s 1984, a classic book depicting a populace ruled by a political regime that persecutes individualism and independent critical thinking as “thoughtcrimes” that must be enforced by the “thought police.” Today, the thought police are the global elite, who are using social media platforms like Facebook to censor information, no matter how well presented, sourced and truthful the information is. This is because information, in several different areas, is threatening multiple corporate, political and elitist interests.
