“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have opened a number of portals for those of you who are interested in receiving more of our vibration. These portals have been strategically placed in different parts of your planet so that we can reach the largest number of you directly. Now, if you are wondering how you find one of these portals, rest assured that you don’t need to find them in order to receive because of them. There are no magic words or phrases you need to speak in order to open them. They are open.

And we are able to send you more of our love, light, and support, as well as the upgrades, downloads, and activations that you all want. Now, it is necessary, of course, to open yourselves up to receive. You will always benefit from opening yourselves up to receive, but that is true now more than ever. Many of you have been afraid of lower frequency beings, thought forms, energies, and psychic attacks, and you have closed yourselves off as a result.

If that is the case for you, then now is a wonderful time for you to face those fears, feel them, process them, and let yourselves receive. Dear Ones, you are meant to move with the ebb and flow of the universe. That means sometimes you release, and other times you integrate. Sometimes you rest, sometimes you take action.  Sometimes the focus will be the divine feminine and others, the divine masculine. Sometimes you give, and others you receive.

It is not about finding one specific thing, rather, it is moving with whatever is being supported at any given time. This means placing your focus on whatever is taking precedence, and to trust in the divine intelligence of the universe, as well as your ability to harness and work with the energies.

This allows you to move with far greater ease and to be much more efficient with your efforts.  It also allows you to experience more joy and satisfaction because you will be willingly working within the surrender, faith, flow, trust model that is the operating system of the new energies. ~Archangel Gabriel through Shelley Young

“Greetings. We are the Arcturian Council. We are pleased to connect with all of you.

We have been observing the way that you have handled the energies of the Lionsgate Portal, and we are noticing that more of you are absorbing the energies and utilizing them than even we could have anticipated. You are receiving the energies and letting them into your seven main chakras, and while this is a very appropriate way to utilize the energies, you are also finding that there are certain side effects.

When your chakras receive high frequency energies, they also purge that which is of a lower frequency. So this experience can bring up a lot of pain, physical and emotional, memories, and even past life traumas for you to process. Allowing yourselves to take it easy for the next few days is a very good idea. Let yourselves rest, relax, and receive more from your guides and other high frequency beings who want to help you.

Your lives are going to get so much better because of the work that you are doing, because of your openness , and your willingness to endure the pain that comes up. The worst thing that you could do at this time would be to try to run away from what you’re experiencing, or to try to numb yourselves from it. Be willing to experience it all, and you will be rewarded. The more you show you are capable of handling the high frequency energies, the more you get sent.

And the more work you get done on these seven main chakras of yours, the more you awaken your fifth dimensional abilities, and the more room you make for your higher self’s consciousness. You are on quite a magnificent journey, and we are enjoying the front row seats that we have. Remember that this journey was, and is, your creation as Source Energy Beings, and that will help you to maintain the course that you’re on.

Your energetic shifting will take on its own ebb and flow. There will be times when you are integrating new energy and that will take precedence over all other things. During such times, you may not feel like doing some of your typical spiritual practices. Instead, you may be drawn to activities that focus on the body and the human experience. Once you have fully integrated the latest shift into your body, if you are allowing yourself to flow with the energies, you will get back into your more spiritual interests.

Your soul knows exactly what it is doing during your enlightenment process. Allow it to take the lead. You are not just spiritual, nor are you just human. You are both and both are equally important. There will be times when it is best for one aspect to take the lead for a while. You are in a dance of release, receive, integrate, ground, and repeat.
