We all experience anxiety. It’s your body’s natural (and normal) response to a threat. A signal that something in your life needs attention.
Anxiety can be related to your daily life experiences, but it can also be triggered by the foods you eat, environmental toxins, many types of medications and/or chronic infections like Lyme disease or candida.
In a world where you have been encouraged to do for others first, it may be challenging to step out of that role and into caring for yourself. Sometimes, it can be such a foreign concept that you may not know where to start. The Universe is encouraging you to begin learning how. During these shifts, self-care is imperative for the health of your whole self. And, once you have filled your own cup, giving to others becomes easy and graceful. ~ Creator

In today’s world, you have very few opportunities like the one you are being presented with now to spend a more than a few moments with yourself. As everything becomes quieter, take time to connect with The Universe and do a little planning. (Smiling) Reassess your goals, begin new manifestations, indulge in some sorely needed self-care and take time clearing/cleaning your inner space. Use this time to your best advantage, knowing you are loved and supported every step of the way. ~ Creator
