Visselblåsaren har släppt information om vad vaccinet innehåller, bland annat en anti-HCG-antigen, vid testning blev 61 av 63 kvinnor infertila. Ämnen som påverkar män är t.ex. GNRH som leder till krympta testiklar, lägre testosteronnivå och infertilitet, detta testades på han-babianer, även honorna blev infertila då det överfördes när babianerna hade sex. Enligt visselblåsaren skulle detta leda till massiv sterilitet hos befolkningen. Det finns imitativ nu att få tag på dessa vaccin så att de kan testas i oberoende laboratorium får att se om vaccinen innehåller samma ämnen som visselblåsaren gav information om.
