A Holiday Called Thanksgiving – The Council

In two days, in the country in which this channel resides, a holiday called Thanksgiving will be observed. On this day each year, it is customary for you to gather for a feast, share with family and friends, and even perhaps spend a few moments pondering your blessings and giving thanks for them – my car, my house, my health, my family, etc. Before you do this, may we give you a few other things you might think about.

Usually, each of you direct your thanks to whatever or whomever you perceive to be the divine source in your life. And that is, of course, a very good thing to do. But we would suggest something further.

It is very likely that you have been the beneficiary of many of the following fellow beings during the past year, if not all of them. The most obvious are health workers, firefighters, etc. But it is also quite likely that someone has prepared food for you, so you did not have to. Someone else has served you that food. Someone has cleaned up after those meals, so you did not have to. Someone has removed the trash you created, so you did not have to. Someone has swept the streets, plowed the snow, filled the potholes, so you did not have to. Someone has driven a vehicle for you, a taxi, a bus, an airplane, a ship to fill your need. Someone has cleaned your hotel room, so you did not have to. The list could be exceedingly long.

It is very possible that many of those people performed their service when they were ill, when they had a migraine headache, or when they were in the midst of a stressful situation.

So this Thanksgiving holiday perhaps give a moment’s thought to all of those people. Send them thanks. Send them love and appreciation. Never doubt for a moment that you will uplift each of them in some way when you do this.

Let us here inject another thought. If everyone did this, you would be the recipient of much of this gratitude and love yourself. As you go through our daily activities, do you not do many things for others? Do you not often do them when you are not feeling your best? Each of you is dependent upon all of the rest of you. That is what makes your society possible.

So when you give thanks for what you have, do not forget those that produced it nor those that brought it to you. And realize also that you have done your own part. For that, we are grateful to you. We see what you have done, even when you have discounted or forgotten it.

So have a very wonderful day of thanks, and enjoy your family and friends. And if you should think of us for a moment, know we are with you.

Contribute your part – The Council

We ask that each of you now contribute your part. Know that you are able to do this no matter where you are or what your own circumstance is. If you are able, reach out whenever you can and support those around you. If you perceive that where you are, you stand alone, then reach out in your heart, connect with those you feel, and with us, and make the intent to lift all who would rise. Send love and support to all who need it, who will accept it. And absolutely know that every thought, word, and feeling of love, of light, of healing, and of joy that you have is raising the All that is the oneness of your humanity.

As you see another, see them as they truly are. See them as another face of the divine being that you all are. Regardless of how they see themselves, what they present, hold the space for them to become the best that they are able. It may not be possible for you to reach them in the moment, but it is surely possible that you can show them that you recognize them for who they are, whether they can see it or whether they cannot.

If you cannot show them who they are, you can show them who you are. At some point, soon or late, they will come to know that they can be that, also. This is what a way-shower may do.

And absolutely know that, wherever you are, and whatever you have to do now, it is exactly what is needed. If someone else could do it, they would be doing it. And so live your life in the very best way you know how. Be in gratitude. Be in love. Be in joy. You are changing this world to be what you have always known it could be.

Know that we are with your every thought, feeling, and breath. We are not separate from you, just as you are not separate from each other. This you will come to know intimately.

So be it.

The approach of major change – The Council

For several months, you have collectively been feeling the approach of major change. We confirmed this for you. We confirmed it through many channels. Your most frequently voiced response has been ‘bring it on’. You always interpret things according to your most dearly held desires. But a new world contains far more than that.

Now it is, of course, a wonderful thing to have built a mental picture of the world you desire to live in. We highly recommend it. But one must also be able to see that there is a road to be traveled between where you are and that new world. And roads invariably have bumps and potholes. There will be shadowy things hiding in wait, and things that go ‘Boo!’, and washed out bridges.

You said ‘Bring it on’ and you have brought it on. Or, more accurately, as co-creators you have each contributed to bringing it on. So we tell you this now. This that you are experiencing is the continuing intensification of the wave of change that you so desire. It is something for you to welcome and to guide, not something to reject and hide from.

You cannot now, nor could you ever have, stopped the changes that you have spent millennia building from occurring – at least not for the planet. But you can draw them out, and you can experience them as either blessings or curses. You are fully capable of understanding those principles now. They may be seemingly new to some of you, but in truth they are not. These, being Truth, are what has been known as gnosis, or knowing. And there is nothing new about them. Truth is, has been, and always will be. And it is in the process of manifesting on your world, some would say, ‘at long last’. It will continue unabated, but you may experience it, will experience it, in direct proportion to your ability to accept it. Some will indeed not accept it. And their new world will differ in significant ways. They will have more and greater wake-up calls.

Can you bring to your inner eye the image of the shaman facing the rising sun with open arms, welcoming the rise of the new dawn? We highly recommend that you make your life be a reflection of that image. “Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.” Is a much more powerful thought than is “Oh no! Oh no! Oh no!”

A great influx of light into your system. – The Council

We have told you through many messengers that there would be, and now is, a great influx of light into your system. We have told you that there would be no one and no thing that would not be affected by this wave of light. We have even told you that you are truly well into this process at this time. And we wish to inform you now that while all of this is indeed the case, the intensity will continue to increase.

The reason we are addressing this today is that it is causing such great change within each of you that even some of those who have become well aware of what we have told you are becoming disoriented, confused, and even at times disheartened. It is one thing to understand warnings of impending chaos and confusion, and it is quite another to experience living within that sort of energy.

Today we would like to give you another way to see what is now all around you so that you may continue to be the magnificent beacons that you are.

Imagine that the world you are living upon is a can of paint. You are looking down into the can. Now stir it up. Mix all of the different degrees of light together well. There is lots of love, a good deal of compassion, some peace of mind, and many other colors, as well. We know there is also some red hatred and anger. There is even some black. But when it is stirred well we tell you that black is not the result. It is not even a dark gray. But the swirls of black, grey, and red are doing their very best to hang onto their intensity so that they stand out well against the background of the more predominant pastels of love, compassion, and kindness.

Now imagine that there is a huge barrel of perfectly white paint being poured into the can as it is being stirred. Imagine the color of the paint in the can becoming lighter and lighter. Also imagine that there are millions of tiny spigots of the whiteness that have been planted within the can that now begin to release the whiteness that they have brought with them. And the paint in the can has no option but to become lighter and lighter until eventually it is cream, eggshell, and then white.

That is what you are currently living through. It is very difficult to see this happening when all around you there is confusion and you are being shown only the black, red, and grey by those that live in and for the black, red, and grey. You need only look around you to see and even feel that there is actually a lot more pink and gold than you are being shown. And your confusion and angst are actually caused by your own yearning for the light. Are they not?

We wish you to know that there is great deal more of that perfect white paint being poured into the entire system that you inhabit. And little pixels that refuse to change color will eventually be washed away.

Now this is all a cute and pretty picture. Anyone could say sweet things to you and pat you on the back and ask you to pull yourself together. Is that not so? So what we ask you to do know is to make a daily effort to see something around you, or on your internet if you have that, that is improving. There is, in truth, quite a lot of that going on. If you look, you will find it. Then, for that day, be the little spigot of white paint, of love and compassion, where you stand.

Know that we are here. We are with you each and every moment. And our hearts are filled with love and the greatest respect for you as you fulfill the challenge that you have taken upon yourselves. You – where you are – doing what you do are divine pieces of All That Is. The world must change because of what you are, and it is doing so. It will reflect the light of your being. Love and blessings to each of you.

A time of great personal change – The Council

Many of you are going through a time of great personal change, both internal and external. This is not an easy time. As you get nearer and nearer to the precipitating events that you are in anticipation of, you are feeling as if you are being forced through a tiny opening and you don’t know what is on the other side. We smile as we point out the similarity of that to what you call birth, and the analogy is indeed very apt. In this case, you have all participated in creating what is beyond that point, and since that is the case we think you will indeed find that the grass will be greener.

Some of you are being stretched and pounded almost to your breaking points. We do appreciate that. We are aware. Actually there is no way we could not be aware, but that is not the topic today.

Several possibilities exist. You may be a fit for any one or more of them. You may be clearing the last of the things that you cannot bring into the new lives you are creating. You may be forging a self that is so strong that what is before you will seem like relief. It will be new, but rose gardens may remain in the future for many. And you may simply need to learn one last lesson. Most of you will be in the midst of a mixture of all of these. We can, however, offer a promise.

You are about to see some of the visible change that you have yearned for, asked for, prayed for, and worked for, for many lifetimes and much of this lifetime. All that is being shown to you every day in your media would tend to indicate otherwise, but realize that the aim of those media is to keep you confused and unaware. If you are one who experiences inner knowings and feelings, give greater weight to those than to anything else.

You may think of those feelings and that knowing as our voice and the voice of your own higher selves. You may do so because you will be entirely correct. The more you rely upon it, the greater its strength and accuracy will become. You may even begin to discover how very much of what you ‘think’ and ‘feel’ originates from a part of yourself that you have been totally unaware of up till now.

You may begin to hear us. Eventually you may even begin to see us. And many will not allow this because of what they have been taught about such things. But let us assure you that when that happens, you will not be ‘going crazy’. It will simply be due to the expansion of your awareness beyond what you have known before in this life. And how will you know?

Without exception, the higher part of yourselves, your guides, and your teachers will feel to you as if you are being enveloped in a love that surpasses any you have known. That is, if you will, our signature. We always endeavor to encode our messages with this love, and if you have followed these for long, as many of you have, you have very likely felt this before. When you feel it, you will know that we are present. Actually we are not ever absent, but you will have the best indicator that you have focused your consciousness onto our frequency. We use those words quite often – awareness, consciousness, frequency. We do that because they are the true ground of all being. They are that of which you – and we – are made. And that, dear friends, is a good indicator of where you are in your advancement.

So we can promise you that you are about to see change that will show you how very worthwhile all of these last years, months, and weeks have been.
