Tungmetaller hittas i all bröstmjölk. Det rapporterar det norska Folkhälsoinstitutet på sin hemsida från en nyligen publicerad studie. Bröstmjölksprover från 300 norska mammor samlades in 2003-2006. Nivåerna av kadmium och bly är ändå inte bland de högsta nivåerna i världen, men hur är det med kvicksilvret?

CDC uppskattar att 90 procent av influensarelaterade dödsfall förekommer hos personer som är 65 år eller äldre och deras rekommenderade protokoll är att alla pensionärer tar sitt årliga influensavaccin. En viktig och definitivt konventionell regeringsstudie (Impact of Influenza Vaccination on Seasonal Mortality in the US Elderly Population) gjord av forskare från National Institute of Health (NIH) för nästan ett decennium sedan fick liten uppmärksamhet för att vetenskapen var ofördelaktig för vaccinindustrin. Studien fann att efter ha spenderat årtionden och miljarder med dollar på influensavaccin för äldre resulterade massvaccinationsprogrammet inte i att rädda liv. Faktum är att dödlighetsgraden bland äldre ökade väsentligt. Enligt data som samlats in i studien var 60 procent av personer över 65 år i riskzonen. I motsats till CDC:s påståenden om en starkt fördelaktig effekt av minskad dödlighet så ökade istället influensadödligheten och sjukhusvistelserna för äldre amerikaner under 80- och 90-talen, samtidigt som influensavaccinationen för äldre amerikaner ökade dramatiskt.
