Joe Rogan, who is obviously well known, has always had an interest in the UFO/Extraterrestrial phenomenon. That being said, we here at Collective Evolution have always felt that he failed to look at the actual evidence that exists out there in a proper way. Anybody who examines the evidence for the existence of UFOs, which is no longer a taboo subject under the conspiracy realm, can’t deny their existence. Be it radar trackings, high ranking whistle-blower testimony, released pictures and videos and admittance from high ranking government officials and documents that these craft have been “retrieved” for study, there is a plethora of evidence that exists making the reality of UFOs quite clear.
For those who have been into the UFOlogy subject for a very long time, all of the disclosure of UFOs within mainstream media should come as no surprise. This type of presentation from mainstream media is a complete 180 degree flip flop from years past, where what we saw mostly was shaming and ridiculing of the subject. Despite the fact that “everything” seems to be in a “process of investigation both in the United States and in Spain, as well as the rest of the world” (General Carlos Castro Cavero, 1979,source), in the past, what we saw was “an official campaign of ridicule and secrecy,” as Roscoe H. It’s amazing how much money is scraped off of each paycheque, and how much money multiple small and big businesses pay. We are told that it’s necessary, that this is the money going towards various programs that are responsible for building our schools, employing people for necessary services and infrastructure, among many other things. This past week has seen three separate mainstream news reports on the sighting of what may be top-secret US craft from the US military’s ‘black budget’ programs.
These programs have recently come under intense scrutiny as over $21 Trillion have gone missing from the US budget as reported by Laurence Kotlikoff, Economics Professor, in Forbes. Black budget programs are so highly classified that even the US President, who is also Commander-in-Chief of the US Army and Navy, does not have clearance to access the programs.

The mysterious sighting has been linked to top-secret US technology developed at a nearby military research base.
Online viewers speculated that the aircraft, which has left many baffled, was a TR-3B aircraft, which is part of a “black government project”.
