(Natural News) Not to be outdone by YouTube with its continued efforts to stifle online free speech, the competing video platform Vimeo has now begun to censor channels and pull content that expresses any type of skepticism about the safety and effectiveness of vaccines.

(Natural News) With all of the hysteria and fear-mongering about measles that’s sweeping mainstream media headlines these days, one might assume that children everywhere are dropping dead from this chickenpox-like infection. But according to official data from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), not a single person has died while being infected with measles in more than 15 years.
From the inception of mass vaccination, childhood vaccines have produced a raft of unintended consequences. One of the biggest problems—gaining steam over the past several decades—involves the vaccine-induced creation of brand-new risks and vulnerabilities that can be more serious than the condition a given vaccine might be intended to address.

Peter J. Hotez är är en forskare, barnläkare, utvecklare av vaccin och författaren av boken Vaccines Did Not Cause Rachel’s Autism: My Journey as a Vaccine Scientist, Pediatrician, and Autism Dad.
Before the Internet was launched in 1992, our thoughts, values and beliefs were informed by our family and friends and by the books, magazines and newspapers we read and by what we heard on radio and saw on television. If we wanted to communicate with each other we would pick up the telephone, write a letter or meet face to face.
The Internet changed everything.
The World Wide Web gave us electronic access to free, uncensored information on our computers, tablets and cell phones and the ability to instantly share that information with each other. It connected us together in a virtual public square, where we could do our own research and talk about our personal experiences, and express what we think and believe and how we feel about important issues that affect our lives.

In the wake of last week’s measles “emergency” declaration in Rockland County, New York that prompted the county to implement the nation’s first ban on unvaccinated children from appearing in public places, news reports out of Philadelphia today reveal that over 100 students have been infected with mumps, in spite of the fact that almost all of the students have been vaccinated against it.
Mainstream media reports are brimming with condemnation against parents who make the informed decision not to vaccinate their children, claiming that unvaccinated individualsare directly responsible for triggering the handful of recent measles “outbreaks” that have been reported across the United States. But studies show that it’s actually the vaccinated “herd,” in many cases, that’s actively contracting this chickenpox-like illness, as well as spreading it to others.
