In 2006, I started the Stop Chemtrails and Weather Manipulation Now citizen initiative. In October 2021, we reached the required 40,000 signatures to present it to the House of Representatives of the Netherlands. Initially to the Committee on Petitions and Citizens’ Initiatives. On March 22 between 13.45 and 14.00 we are going to offer it to the Committee on Petitions and Citizens’ Initiatives of the House of Representatives. Then it will go through some more procedures before we can start advocating the Citizens’ Initiative in the House of Representatives.
This Dutch initiative has worldwide importance and impact, because geo-engineering is a worldwide operation.
The famous or notorious HAARP does not exist anymore. Nobody is anymore inside its installations, the roads leading to it are blocked, the buildings are locked and the generators are out of service. The once nervous guards on the front gate of the establishment are no longer there. A station that cost just over $290 million and was home to countless scientific experiments for over two decades has closed.

According to all relevant United States federal government organizations, chemtrails do not exist and are a conspiracy theory. They say the white lines in the sky stretching from horizon to horizon are normal jet contrails. They add that these emissions are nothing but harmless water vapor. So, they are saying that this water vapor can first appear as white lines high in the sky then, over the course of hours, expand as it floats down to earth; first creating clouds and finally a haze. Folks, that’s not how water vapor behaves. That’s how particulate matter behaves.
As the world has been dominated for the past year by the fake threat that the Globalists want us to believe COVID-19 presents, a much greater risk to human health and the very life that exists on this planet has been covered up, until now.

All of these are phrases that have been repeated ad nauseam by mainstream media for years. Suddenly, however, now mainstream media outlets can (and do) openly discuss ongoing weather modification programs from both corporations and foreign governments.
The following is a blog that I stumbled on back in 2012 in which a courageous Chemtrail chemist whistleblower, known only as OP, appeared on godlikeproductions.com’s blog and spilled the beans on his 17 years of developing chemicals for dispersion on the human population… 90% of which were designed to alter emotions/mood/state of mind as well as provoke “flu-like symptoms”!
A world famous PhD scientist has had 23 peer reviewed journal articles published supporting the chemtrail hypothesis. The chemtrail hypothesis states that we are being routinely and intentionally sprayed with massive amounts of particulate matter from high-flying jet aircraft. →
