Two groundbreaking trials that have found Monsanto’s weedkiller Roundup responsible for causing cancer have brought to light some disturbing news about how the company has manipulated media coverage of the product. Internal documents obtained by Freedom of Information Act requests revealed that Monsanto paid Google to push stories critical of the company far down on the search results list, while promoting stories that supported the company. →

(Collective-Evolution) Scientists and health professionals have been raising concerns about pesticides for decades. The idea that these products were ever approved as safe by our federal health regulatory agencies is truly mind blowing, given the fact that their toxicity and danger seem to be unquestionable. In 2012, the Pesticide Action Network North America (PANNA) stated that “Children today are sicker than they were a generation ago. From childhood cancers to autism, birth defects and asthma, a wide range of childhood diseases and disorders are on the rise. Our assessment of the latest science leaves little room for doubt; pesticides are one key driver of this sobering trend.” → Read more
(Collective-Evolution) It’s very confusing as to why poison is still being sprayed in our environment, and how anybody could ever justify the use of these poisons. Justification has come from mass brainwashing, marketing campaigns, and just downright deception. There are many examples of deception when it comes to glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto’s Roundup herbicide. A great example comes from Europe, where the product was recently re-licensed and approved by European Parliament. However, MEPs found the science given to them was plagiarized, full of industry science written by Monsanto. You can read more about that here. Another example would be the corruption that plagues our federal health regulatory agencies, which have been completely compromised by big corporations. There are several other great examples that illustrate this point, in fact there are decades of examples. One of the best would be the SPIDER papers. A group called the CDC Scientists Preserving Integrity, Diligence and Ethics in Research, or CDC SPIDER, put a list of complaints in a letter to the CDC Chief of Staff and provided a copy of the letter to the public watchdog organization U.S. Right to Know (USRTK).

(NaturalHealth365) It seems there’s no escaping glyphosate – the primary ingredient in Roundup, a weed killer manufacture by Monsanto. In 2017, the FDA raised alarm with a bombshell report acknowledging the presence of the pesticide in everyday foods such as breakfast cereals, honey and ice cream. Now, a new report from the California Public Interest Research Group (CalPIRG), reveals that glyphosate residue has also been found in a variety of common wines and beers sold in the United States – including those certified as organic.

The Monsanto corporation’s most notorious product has again been found guilty of causing a man’s cancer. Dealing another major blow to Bayer, who bought Monsanto in 2018, a San Francisco jury has unanimously ruled that Roundup and its primary ingredient glyphosate were the likely cause of a defendant’s cancer.

Waking TimesThere are growing concerns about both the safety and proliferation of glyphosate, the active ingredient in Monsanto‘s Roundup weedkiller.
Those concerns are part of the reason that the city of Miami passed a unanimous resolution last Thursday banning the spraying of glyphosate by city departments or contractors, environmental group Miami Waterkeeper reported.
“Banning the use of glyphosate is a great first step to take in improving water quality,” the group said, according to The Miami New Times. “It is also beneficial to public health, as citizens of the city of Miami won’t be exposed to harmful chemicals.”
