He again touted the vaccination as a means to end the “pandemic of the unvaccinated,” saying that day wouldn’t arrive until 97%-98% of Americans had gotten the jab.

This is why there are shortages. The stuff is out there, it’s just not moving. They say that a big part of the problem is a labor shortage. Does anyone buy that?
